That transcript was copied and pasted from Seeking Alpha. I think it should have said :

"Our September contracts were contracted in July and are around a US$1,000 per tonne CIF basis. So very solid movement in a couple of months."

... as CIF and shipped sound similar and speech-to-text may not know about CIF.
