Thats the point we all can catch and spread covid whether vaxxed or not. Yes the vaxxed are less likely to catch it or pass it on if they have it - but they can still do so. So once we reach our designated vaccination targets and move to living with the virus then discriminating against the unvaxxed is NOT the answer - if this is anything but an exercise in control or discrimination to coerce others to fall into line then the only viable answer is we need to continue to do more testing so that we can isolate those with covid (vaxxed or not) to reduce its spread.
If we are to follow health orders then if your vaxxed and knowingly sick with covid you should not be going out to public places anyway.
