That's a Lot of Kids whose "Future" can be improved with the stroke of a Pen atm

I don't think Felix has much of a choice in the "Grand scheme of all things Hydro & Mining" tbo

Between needing Mining Revenue and looking after Millions of Kids whose future hangs in the balance, who's Parents need Jobs and Electricity, not to mention an Election 2023.
