I want the new CEO to be value accretive. ie they must build value, organically, over time if necessary. Not just be value. Ronaldo has his own manager, but he doesn't have his own coach. And he isn't the coach. The new CEO needs to build on what we have. S/he can't bring in their own underlings, their own pet projects, their mates. Only vision and drive. Continuity is paramount.
