People know BUY would have to raise some money to keep up their end. Given the average sp prior to the announcement, the 5c offer is on about par for these types of offerings and risk/reward scenarios.

I don't like "cheap" offers to mates that exclude SH, but it is a fact of life/the market. Talked about it many times before but that is the way it is.

As to enabling BUY to float for a few more quarters, well thats the name of the game with speccies - and all I was saying is that this is widely understood. They need cash, they have a prospect, but it is high risk - all in the public domain.

So invest and hold for a potential stellar reward or don't - plenty of opportunity to get in or out even now, IMO.
