Oh it looks very much like he was pushed to me (didn't think my post indicated otherwise).
The last few weeks have been very sloppy, with missed self imposed deadlines, flippant remarks online (some some with the potential to attract the ire of regulators) and a lot of unnecessary angst caused arguably by a lack of comms discipline.
