good that you are confident in Toliara. I am not. But the drought in the south of madagascar will undoubtedly make the people their desperate. They are eating insects and clay. The president is in the meantime holding out for something....i wonder what?
The annual report appears to be suggesting a move into rare earths imho.

wider...."wider than what we are currently doing"
evolve... "how are mineral sands evolving? only in rare earths Eg Illuka"
i guess this could also revolve around new technologies and stranded assets. Like ASM
