Lukasz is a good appointment - we now have someone with their key KPI being to focus and deliver on the listing. Otherwise you have management distracted between delivering an operational plant and delivering on a listing. At least this guy has one clear job to do and the background, skills and knowledge (plus contacts) to do it.
