So, from what I understand, having just looked at the prospectus, is that the only shares on offer before listing are:
a) the in-specie distribution to NMT shareholders andd
b) the non-renounceable entitlement offer to NMT shareholders.
There are no other shares available to apply for pre-listing from what I understand. That's a pity as I want more shares. Will have to wait for listing, estimated to be 22 September. Why not raise more capital now if shareholders want to tip a bit more in?
Also, what's with the resurrecting of old threads that relate to now de-listed other entities? That's a bit weird.
