Interesting - didn't realize that they send a different message to Australian users ... but yes, you are right - I do access the website from NZ, and here they do offer their (essential) goods for ordering. This is what I get when I call their webpage:
Given that they are a NZ organisation anyway, probably not too much harm done ...
