quick summary: sell reasons were
1. they believe the current value takes into account future growth given the market share

They still think it is a good stock, just the recent share price growth outstripped the business case to hold.
Personally I think it is way overvalued to buy (outside the divident reinvestment), but I will certainly keep holding given it is paying over 10% FF dividend from my initial investment.
