The gross short sales data RBR referred to and preceding 15 day data be seen at

While these are gross not aggregate short sales it clearly shows increased transactions 27 Aug... and perhaps that for some a there is a perceived increase in the likelihood of further falls.
Balancing this is that somewhere in the 0.20's there may actually be some fundamental value, unfortunately it is all a bit murky due to a very muddied past.
