Not sure about this. One of my other stocks is dual listed on the NASDAQ and is constantly the plaything of shorters using inflammatory news articles and class actions. And another one specifically listed here rather than in the US so they could stay away from those kind of games, even though they are based in California.
My view is if they have no trouble getting the investment they need over here, they should stay put.
