Richards as CEO responsible for shrinking market cap and seriously putting entire company at risk spending hundreds of millions in an attempt to grow the company trying to buy growth and failing dismally buying too many dud products . Although Richards has abysmally let down and failed LT shareholders he's somehow managed to grow his own personal wealth through overly generous remuneration /entitlements , extremely well rewarded for putting his company and LT retail shareholders n a precarious position . Low entry new investors have a real chance to do well here provided e4 goes to plan and enough right people at the top . More chance of doing well than not IMHO .
