Agree 9lives, still working out why the initial seller who sold down $1400 worth of stock did so? Usually to start panic so the same person can accumulate when panic merchants start loading up the sell side at low levels.. maybe they are waiting for more at .021c before they jump on it? I don't think this one is dead today.. look for upside shortly imo.
