Yes big call to cancel a rebate and say sorry you only get to live an extra few months or get a chance for longer if you've got the dosh. Is President Obama too nice to do that? Vorny raises a good point with only 2,300 doses sold in the US last year I'd imagine not a big issue for the US budget, but if it goes more main stream as a treatment you'd think there would be at least a reduction in the rebate at some stage. Will the possible increased volume more than make up for any rebate decrease?

There are lots of other risks with this company like currency, conflict with the major shareholder, better treatments invented in the future, unxepected poor future results from trials, low share liquidity and so on. Most of the long term shareholders know all this already. I guess what you gotta ask is, is the current share price factoring all these risks in already?? Why else is it so cheap?

It's my biggest holding in my portfolio, so I'm very biased but I'm also trying to get a handle on all the risks and weigh them up verse the possible long term reward. Like my sign off says "this time next year we'll be millionaires" (although sad thing is I've been saying it for years).
