Even though @Mariemac said i should be quiet and i don't know what i'm on about...the short positions are closing from their high of late July AND the gap has closed quite nicely today. Looks like the 9 from 10 figure holds true for this example.
IMO - we are in buy territory.
However, would be much happier seeing less shorts though, back in that 5-7.5% range.
