I'd suspect that the pullback from $5.20 to barely $5 over the last few hours (in an otherwise stable market) is an indicator that the decision has been made to do a CR and that the word has leaked from the i-banks that will run the deal with insiders offloading the shares ahead of an announcment. This is purely speculative, but given the lack of any fundamental reason for the share price to be anywhere near where it currently is then this is the only thing that makes sense.

Reminder: QAN has practically zero book value and is significantly loss making. It's not hard to see that we're in an equity bubble that is disconnected from reality.
