I do believe we will see a distribution agreement this Quarter. It's either going to be announced after a FDA MRSA outcome or no later than the 30th of September. If the Board fail to deliver on the one promise they've made since the start of the year, there is no way they are getting away with it come AGM. The board know this. They can't afford to talk it up and not deliver, they did that last with with Beckman Coulter and it's not panned out well (not nearly enough sales the market expected hence we aren't above 16 cents, the last cap raise price).

The pressure is on though, I expected and am disappointed it seems it's going to be last minute. 'Any Day Now' was quoted in late June for a FDA out come, it's been a good 2 months since then which may show that the management is incredibly poor. Clock is ticking, Self Preservation is at stake and I can't see the board not being able to deliver (though that's what I really want to believe)
