Let me quote what @AJ7 had mentioned long back,

Zip will be in the Yo-Yo trading range until the Spotti and Twisto acquisitions are complete.

• As a LT SH, we want the acquisition to be made at a higher SP which means lesser shares to issue and less dilution to SP
• On the contrary, as an owner of Spotti and Twisto, I want the SP to drop as much as possible so I can grab more shares of Zip.

This is exactly the same situation played last year when the SP was floating in $6-$7 range until all shares of Quadpay were bought. Probably LD and PG have made an agreement with Spotti and Twisto owners to not make any left field announcements that will take the SP higher. Same agreement with BoA perhaps too so that they can build their portfolio gradually.

Now the real question is when the hell the Spotti and Twisto acquisitions are due for completion? Zip SP gives a f.uck all and a middle finger till the accumulation and acquisition is complete.
