Why would they ( Quebec ) even consider this knowing full well there are some ' undertones ' coming from Piedmont securing it's own project requirements. There is enough to worry about in Quebec to NOT have this sort of overhang on its own separate progress. Simply not going to happen. Be lucky with what you have because it's so so much more than the Market has even really awakened to yet. Give it at least one overnight session for the US investors to get their final parcels before we start talking about ' Takeovers ' being the only thing we have left to secure more upside valuation.
