agree - the quality of the new MD will be very telling. If its someone with experienced in bringing uranium mines into production (obviously including approval experience etc), that would be a VERY strong indication that the approvals are likely and the mine can work.
If someone without legitimate uranium experience, then it doesn't bode well for that IMO.
