PAn is now 19c, great withdrawal of that offer by IGO at 47c
PAN SP actually collapsed to 7c after the deal was called off.
So terrible result for PAN LTHs
Now IGO can sweep up PAN for 25c almost half the price if they get WSA at under $4 which looks likely.
Back than Harold was CEO & he led the defence of PAN but now he is no longer there and is CEO of POS.
What it does show is that IGO is on the acquisition trail and will pay ins crip only at a premium of 40-50%
so WSA was 2.50 pre-bid so thats 3.75 now at a 50% ratio.
I did call it at 3.60-3.80 imho.
