BreakfastIt's Independence Day in Malaysia, celebrating the Declaration of Independence on this day in 1957. We're serving a street food called Apam Balik. It's a type of pancake - sometimes crispy, sometimes soft - made with cane sugar and filled with crushed nuts. Never tried this - sounds/looks interesting.
