Well I don't mind a wait, especially if the outcome is seen to be better than what is available until now. I guess other potential offers need to wait until the firb decision is known. Should it be no then that opens the door for others to make a bid. Economics change instantly so maybe others will re-think their strategies. It's an interesting senario developing.
