People realise assets for a number of reasons and I can only assume that the fact that 100% of the shares sold were sold by-way of private sale (off-market) to more importantly existing large ZEO shareholders (ie one held 90m prior to acquiring another 20m) indicates to me clearly that the sale was not driven by anything to do with the company (and its potential), but rather personal.
The way he managed the sale ie off-market and to major shareholders, IMO reflects the professional approach taken and offers me confidence that its still all go at the show for ZEO
