No not passing it off at all, people seem to getting the wrong end of the stick. If the Chinese can flip the govt of Cameroon and the ROC, it is certainly possible they will try to flip the DRC where their influence is even greater.
like I said. if the AVZ management can get this done, brilliant. Nothing is set in stone in this part of the world tho.
