Could be a forced sale Dorc. The problem is that the large bid, although quite a few in monetary terms today, didn't equate to that much not so long ago. The cynic in me suggests it maybe a prop but many reasons why it wouldn't be - maybe the owner, assuming that potential takers would be bidding for it, does not know how to transfer off market. Looks pretty dumb anyway unless the large buyer teases out a seller.
They have potentially found a deposit of some significance IMO. Hopefully it will be another WSA type.
Either way, I'm reasonably happy the buyer is showing atm and I agree, we'll know more next week regarding both the voracity and authenticity of the buyer.
