I am somewhat bewildered by doing only a shallow drill on the best hole as plate 20A is said to be when the anomaly said to be the best in town shows it has a depth of 400mtrs or so. If it was the best why not just drill the depth and increase the chances of a bigger and better strike if it is mineralised straight out.
If the DHEM shows it is worthy as a charged off hole conductor the it means having to bring back the rig and continue the hole whether at a later date or as an extension to the current drill program. Its not as if they dont have the cash to do deeper drilling where warranted with $8M plus in the bank. Vaguely remember DD drilling is $250k/mtr to drill as once quoted in HC. Dont know if right or not.
Not drilling " the best " an extra 200mtrs or so doesnt make sense to me for a possible bigger hit. Is it that they are playing safe and conserving the cash presently. To me if the extra 200mtrs is the best and highly mineralised then it would set us up for a JULIMAR like equivalent and would secure our SP like CHN was.
Im not bagging management as they have been spot on with everything done so far, its just that this has me confused why not done from the start with " best hole " scenario touted to " best hit " probability and really lifting the SP and increase chances of OPPIES being converted earlier.
