Are RCP holders being taken for a ride again, SPP shortfall to be handed out at a price "no less than 80% of the 5 days before SPP announcement was made" , talk about rates for mates, everyone else gets 5 days before SPP close.(making it likely to get undersubscribed), Does it also means they expect price to rise in the final few days before SPP? problem is there will be plenty of cheap stock being sold by the best friends in a few weeks, just like this week?
