Hi goMine,
I sold my old stock of BLY after the 20th record date,and well above today s hi.
I have received the forms and am entitled to the SPP offer which i will definitely accept.

I was hoping to buy at a lower price than the 27 on offer. The big boys failed to scare ppl to drop the price below this. Games ppl play.

The "institutional raising" was snapped up readily .
Fair to assume that at 27, "the experts" saw it to be of good value.
I think that the tide has turned and ppl are again buying while it is the price is close to the spp offer..
So yes ,good luck re accepting spp offer at 0.27.
Matter of interest ,look at what happened to the spp of KAR.
Hope BLY spp be a similar story to KAR
