This article indicates:
350kg helium per day phase one
As much as 10T helium per day phase two or x28 phase one
50T of LNG per day for Phase One
300T of LNG per day for Phase Two or x6 phase one
So I think it's not unexpected for helium production to increase disproportionately more for helium than LNG for Phase Two.
