    Check a weekly high/low chart going back a few years. You will see that 15 cents is major support.

    I might even be tempted to buy some CTO around current prices. However I'm not going to be a hero. If 15c does not hold then if I was holding CTO I'd be bailing out at 14c. no questions asked.
