It's not hard to understand the share price if you spend just a minute looking at the annual report (for those who understand basic accounting/reporting).
Look at how much revenue was added and corresponding profit per share. it's dismal. so much more work for such little profit to each holder.
always be wary when roll ups use ebitda as its benchmark. they avoid S&M costs by way of expanding equity base and acquiring their growth, diluting everyone out and then hit Ebitda milestones in the process. I don't know the company in detail but I wouldn't be surprised if there's a lot of performance rewards for hitting ebitda numbers.
If you have a rudimentary understanding of financial reports and understood what I said above, but still were bullish after reading this report - you have your head in the sand.
I like the company, but at below 20c
