Thanks for the factual information. Any death on a mine site is tragic. The mine should've been closed years ago from a safety point but also economically. The latest financial report shows that its no longer economic.
I'm sure upper management want the production but I'd doubt whether they're responsible for the accident.
The workers and management at the site are the ones who are responsible for the mining day to day.
