I slightly disagree. I don’t like the AFR or many other financial tabloids. The only thing missing from most is a page 3 girl.
But this stuff usually starts with the low hanging fruit before moving to the more meaty stuff. Is there more meat at AXE for the tabloids to feed off? The odds are short that there is. But maybe AXE is the exception.
Is Alice disgruntled? This stuff coming out is coincident with her retirement. The AFR said it was a resignation.
AXE needs to add some ballast by way of 2 directors of significant standing imv.
It’s an ugly episode that needs a quick makeover.
