I bought in during the covid crash to make this my 3rd biggest holding. The way its run since I just saw it as too good an opportunity to cash out at such a premium to NAV.
it's done nothing but go up since and I definitely have regrets, however, childcare is still just property. I ask myself if I'd ever pay a 40% premuim for a property with the answer always no. Yet here it is trading at just that.
