I posed the question, is Alice disgruntled. I didn’t claim she was.
Since her ‘retirement’ was announced (4 weeks ago), AXE has become very volatile and the focus of the AFR and ASX.
If the ASX aren’t happy with AXE they could suspend them at any moment pending further investigations. That would strand $400m of shareholder funds.
So imv it is up to AXE to make a statement to shareholders. And hopefully tell shareholders the ASX has been satisfied with its responses and no further action is pending.
