Knock out the first two with some basic comprehension. The third, a power unto themselves is a personal matter, which seems to me comes down to two things -

1) how do you get to $10m in taxes from an $8m IPO? What was his share of that IPO again? Why did they not grant him relief? He hasn't realized his gains.

2) Whether he has tax residency here. Does he? I have no information or opinion on this. In any event it has no bearing on the matter at hand.
