I don't care about the short report. It is irrelevant to me. Likewise, you're focussing on one item that has little relevance, and ignoring that most of the conspiracy theories posting on HC about ASIC employees trying to cover for mates at ASX, and ASX directors starting this to take out a competitor have now been utterly disproven by ISX's own submission. I simply could not care less who OM are or what their report says.

What I care about is whether JK defrauded investors. JK just delivered us evidence that before suspension, ASIC and ASX were seriously looking into it, enough to make comments like "we haven't found the smoking gun yet".

That should tell you what ASIC thinks of ISX. They had clear belief (and were looking for proof) that JK claimed hundreds of millions of dollars of equity in our company unethically. Equity that should belong to us shareholders.
