According to Polo's last Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder (9/4/09), Mr Stephen Dattels is listed as a resident of Malta, I assume for tax purposes. Although his wife Jennifer is listed as a resident of Canada.
However I think it would be a great conflict of interest if EXT was to issue any share in the placement to a Directors wife.
Although the placement share could still fall into friendly hands of KAH and PRL, helping them to maintain control.
