Yeah i hear all that.. and i agree. But what do you want the few in the team that are working there to do, stop working on signing a contract.. start a community initiative, spend time & money & energy on the diversity etc.
This will come in due course.
You dont put the extension on your house before your house is built, thats how i see it.
Sure we can allow for the extension plans in the original build, but you cant do more than that!

I don't disagree with what you are saying, just that we can criticize PWN for not doing it at this moment in time.
