I'm on board here, I think it's a clever plan particularly since ISXFEU can raise funds and continue its growth, regardless of what goes on here. If these court cases continue to drag on for months or even years, there will likely be no impact on the core business.
And of course, any shareholders willing to sell their holdings can do so.
