I'd be happy without a divi, just in case they need money for upgrading plant and equipment now we have more land to explore and process. They wanted to increase production to 50,000 ounces a year. So that might require upgrades. Not to mention that they might come across other promising projects. They should have a cushion there for emergencies or opportunities.
