In my opinion, this is even better sign than that Paul payne just simply purchased 3M share from the market. He transfered 3M share from his personal holding into his super account. He has to pay capital gain tax on $123000 ($135000- $12000, which 3M share acquired at 0.004 on CR) without getting any real profit on hand. Secondly, this means the director has planed to held those shares for very long term becoz DRE's potential
