Talk that the time for consolidation of WA's Eastern Goldfields has arrived just won't go away.
It started with Avoca Resources' bid for Dioro Exploration, was buoyed by the emergence of Ramelius Resources' rival bid and hit its stride by the time a mystery buyer (still hiding in the shadows) popped up on the rgeister of Integra Mining.
Focus Minerals also looks set to get some attention as it moves closer to rolling out a sizeable reserve and resources upgrade at its Tindals operations.
The Coolgardie producer is also thought to be close to an environmental tick-off over The Mount - a rich deposit grading above five grams a tonne for 350,000oz that could potentially bump it up the ranks of the mid-tier producers.
