Having material at surface should take collection a simple exercise.
Interesting to consider that if its over 15 square kilometres that's 150,000 sq metres so assuming sg of 2.5 tonnes psm, so that works out at 375,000 tonnes per vertical metre of ore.
No wonder they talk about the potential for world scale tier one deposits.
