    What do others think of BEC's future prospects?

    I noticed that BEC paid a distribution of 16.3c on the 31st of October last year yet it is trading at 12c today.

    How likely do people think it is that BEC will recover to its previous highs and pay such distributions in the future, or do you think it'll never happen again?

    I hadn't considered this stock before but at its current depressed share price, whilst most other REITS are experiencing significant gains in their share price, BEC is certainly now on my radar as there seems to be a lot of upside in the long-term. I just have to wait until I have some money to invest with before taking a position in this stock.
