If it’s a matter of a tied board with the Chinese someone being (AF with all his connections) should find an investor let’s say $10 mil investor who also gets a seat on the board. If the two chinese board members don’t agree to this and it’s a tied vote take it to the SHs for the deciding vote. Win win TON have extra cash and another board member.
