How are you so sure the board and CEO weren't involved before the decision was made to suspend ISX? Maybe not the board but at least the CEO?

The 4FASOC showed Kevin Lewis had concerns with ASX going alone (without ASIC's involvement) and other participants from ASX had serious concerns too. Do you now strongly believe he acted alone and did not escalate the concerns higher up before the suspension decision was made? If he acted alone, this simply means one man within ASX can single-handedly indefinitely suspend any company he wishes. What happened to checks and balances?

The 4FASOC is raising the concern that some discussions ought to have happened but the discovery doesn't include any record of them happening.
I'm keen to see what their defence says.
